Provided that you ordered a product that is in stock, we ship the next day by Canada Post. You can expect delivery usually within 3-10 days, depending on your location.
Please note; For items that are currently out of stock, delivery can take 2 to 3 weeks

To monitor the status of your order, simply login to your Uniforme Vogue account and click to check your order status. It can be Processing, Ready For Packaging or Shipped.

You will ALWAYS receive a Confirmation Email with your order details when your order is placed successfully. Please be certain that you have entered your correct email address so that you receive your notices (confirmation of order, confirmation of shipping, etc). If you feel you may have missed your Confirmation Email, be sure to check your spam folder, as it may have ended up there.


What if I'm not 100% satisfied with my order?
Due to the current COVID19 situation Uniform Vogue is not accepting any returns (and No Refunds)

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the soles.

Customer needs to e-mail us info@uniformevogue.com to confirm authorization # and include copy of their original invoice with a detailed note explaining reason for their return before sending anything back.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
To assure proper replacement or credit note, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
In the event that a refund has to be made due to order cancelation by customer; a 10% restocking fee will apply, plus an additional 5% Credit-card processing fee.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise.
